Welcome to the Space Centre Patio where creativity meets cosmic curiosity. Explore a curated collection of local artists, makers, and food vendors, discover handcrafted goods and unique artwork, enjoy sweet summer treats, and take part in interactive activities for all ages. From tarot readings and alcohol ink art to solar observing and augmented reality adventures through the Solar System, the patio will be buzzing with discovery, creativity, and summer fun all evening long.

Waterfront Sips & Summer Vibes

At the Vancouver Maritime Museum, enjoy extended gallery hours until 8:00 PM and explore our fascinating exhibits, including the historic St. Roch. Then head out to our waterfront terrace, where you can relax in our beer garden, grab a bite from local food vendors, and take in spectacular views of English Bay.

Enjoy an evening of live music on the Museum of Vancouver patio featuring a diverse lineup of local artists, from soulful singer-songwriters to experimental electronic sounds. Bring a blanket, grab a mocktail, and settle in as the sun sets over Vanier Park.

Vancouver-based Filipino Canadian singer, actor, tattoo artist, and transgender advocate. Romeo blends influences from R&B, pop, and soul while championing cultural representation and community connection.

Francis Baptiste

6:30 PM

An Indigenous songwriter whose work explores cultural reclamation, fatherhood, recovery, and resilience. His music combines contemporary songwriting with the traditions and language of the Syilx people.

DFX Daffodil

A transfemme nonbinary artist creating immersive soundscapes through digital collage, ambient textures, sampling, and experimental electronic music.

Lola Whyte

8:30 PM

Also known as Women Who Sings with the Clouds, Lola Whyte is a queer Plains Cree recording artist whose music blends electronic pow wow, rock, and acoustic influences.
