Mission to the Moon
(Age 7+)
Includes:
- Planetarium show
- Day in Space live demonstration
- Mission patch activity in the gallery (3-hour program)
Rocket to the Moon
(Ages 10+)
Includes:
- Planetarium show
- Rocket-building workshop + launch (3-hour program; limited to ages 10 and over due to the use of hot glue guns)
- Schedule: Begins at 3:30pm (Please arrive on time)
BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ
What should I do when I arrive?
You can check in at the front desk when you arrive and have your guests assemble in the main lobby. Guest services will be there to assist you with present drop-off, directions, and payment.
What happens if some of my guests arrive late?
Ensure that all members of your group arrive on time. Please let the guest services staff know if you expect late guests and we will connect them with the rest of the party when they arrive.
Do we receive a guided tour?
This is a guided birthday party. Our interpretive staff will provide full programming for your group over a three-hour period.
Can I bring my own room decorations
Table decorations are acceptable.
We ask that you not bring any other decorations. The birthday party will take place in our exhibit and theatre facilities which are fully decorated in a space theme.
What if the number of guests changes on the day of the party?
We collect payment on the day of the party, so you will only pay for the number of people who show up (based on the minimum of 15 people).
What if I need to cancel the birthday party?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking. The deposit secures your booking and will be applied to the total cost. The deposit will be kept if a cancellation occurs.
